Timothy J. Cuddigan has been a lawyer since 1975. Tim has focused his practice on representing Social Security and SSI disability clients since 1994. He knows first hand the experience of having a family member on Social Security disability as his sister, Jean, was on disability. Since 2008 he has represented Veterans in compensation and pension claims. His father received compensation for injuries suffered in World War II.

Tim is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2004. He is a past president of the organization. He also represents veterans and is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates. He served as the community representative of the Institutional Review Board of Creighton University from 1997 to 2006 and Boystown National Research Hospital from 2002-2006. He is a member of National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and is past-president of NAMI Nebraska.

Tim is a 1974 graduate of  Creighton University School of Law. Tim and Janet Cuddigan have three grown children and nine grandchildren. Janet is nurse and teaches nursing students at UNMC.The Cuddigans are avid Creighton basketball fans. During the summer, the family enjoys spending time outdoors at Ginger Cove lake. He enjoys cycling and boating. Tim  practices law with his son, Sean.
