This soup is perfect for your active family. It is easy to make, delicious, and inexpensive. (What’s not to like?)
1 pound seasoned ground beef
1 can corn, undrained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 large can kidney beans, undrained
1 package taco seasoning mix
⅔ cup water
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Corn chips
In a large pot, brown and season ground beef and drain off the grease. Add corn, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, taco seasoning and water. Bring the soup to a boil and cover. Then reduce the heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Top with sour cream and shredded cheese and serve with corn chips. Eat and enjoy!
