US Veterans may qualify for VA disability benefits for Gulf War Syndrome--now also referred to as “chronic multi-symptom illness” and “undiagnosed illnesses”.

The VA defines a Persian Gulf veteran as a veteran who served in certain designated countries between August 2, 1990 to December 31, 2015, currently. But this time period may be extended by the Secretary of the VA.

If you have one of these conditions, we may be able to help you get the disability benefits you need.

If you are a Persian Gulf veteran and suffer from any of the following disorders, you may be eligible for VA disability benefits:

  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Other undiagnosed illnesses whose symptoms include fatigue, skin conditions and respiratory disorders, weight loss, and sleep disorders.
