I wanted to write you a personal note to express my appreciation for all that you and Erin did for my son.
It takes a special heart to see that pain and recognize the difficulty someone else is experiencing and you recognized it in him. You told him you understood and you would do everything you could for him, and then you and your office did just that. Despite his disability, everyone treated him with respect and kindness never making him uncomfortable. As a parent and advocate for him, my own mind and heart was put at ease believing I had found an additional advocate for him in you and your office.
The disability payments have taken some of the pressure off my son and he is focusing on his treatment and making some progress. He has a long way to go, but is no longer feeling like he is a complete burden and his life is not worth living.
A simple “thank you” doesn’t seem sufficient to express my appreciation, but I do thank you from the bottom of my heart. Please know that you will be forever remembered in my prayers and wishes for only the best in life to come your way."
