NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Nebraska held its annual walk on June 13, 2015 at Elmwood Park in Omaha, Nebraska. The walk raises awareness and funding for those affected by mental illness. Unfortunately, some people stigmatize those dealing with mental illness and NAMI's events aim to erase that stigma through educating the public about mental illness. This year's walk had well over 300 walkers at Elmwood Park. Members of Cuddigan Law volunteered their time to help with the walk and even won the t-shirt competition for the best t-shirt of all the walking teams.
