Tim Cuddigan has been named the 2014-2015 president of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), a national bar association that since 1979 has been dedicated to representing those seeking Social Security disability benefits. Tim has most recently served as NOSSCR's vice president, and has also served on the Board of Directors since 2004.
With over 4000 members NOSSCR strives to provide the highest-quality continuing legal education services for attorneys and advocates, and maintains an extensive clearinghouse of briefs, case law, memoranda and other legal materials to aid the practice of Social Security disability law.
